The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Beldaur PS case no. 115 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Section 302, 120(B)/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner having called the son of the informant, whereafter the other co-accused persons are stated to have killed him.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 10.06.2019. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a lady and there is no allegation of her having killed

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner coupled with the fact that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 10.06.2019 as also taking into account the nature of accusation levelled, as far as the petitioner is concerned, I deem it fit and appropriate to release the abovenamed petitioner on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Khagarai in connection with Beldaur PS case no. 115 of 2019.
