Petitioner is not named in the first information report but on the basis of information furnished by the spy of police, petitioner was arrested. Furthermore, in course of investigation, police collected some call details of the petitioner as well as co-accused person and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner who does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur/concerned court in Pear P.S.
