The petitioner is accused in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that one Santosh Sao was apprehended by the Police on suspicion, who disclosed that four television sets sold to four persons including the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner purchased the second hand T.V. from co-accused. Further submission is that petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 09.01.2016.

No.9288 of 2016 (2) dt.05-04-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. Patna City in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016.
