2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs thereby quashing of the proceeding stated by this Circle Officer, Goriyakothi, Siwan against the petitioner restraining and from further construction on the land bearing Khata No. 169, Survey Pot No. 1539, Area 9 Kattha 19 Dhur at Gram-Hariharpur Kala bearing Jamabandi No. 370 in the name of Indrasan Singh (petitioner's father).

(ii) For further commanding and

Patna High Court CWJC No.21142 of 2018(2) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 directing the respondents not to disturb the petitioner for making nay further construction on his land bearing Khata No. 169, Survey Plot No. 1539, Area 9 Kattha 19 Dhur at GramHariharpur Kala bearing Jamabandi No. 370 in the name of the Indrasan Singh (petitioner's father).

(iii) For grant of any other relief(s) which the petitioner may be entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. A counter affidavit has come on behalf of the respondent no.3 to 6 duly served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner on 11.12.2019. The unrebutted statement in paragraph no.10 shows that against the said order Jamabandi Cancellation Appeal No. 19 of 2019-20 has been preferred which till the filing of the counter affidavit was pending in the court of District Collector, Siwan.

4. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to join the proceeding before the Collector, Siwan, if still not concluded so that the same is taken to its logical conclusion.
