Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307,324 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner.

Paragraph-1 of the bail petition be corrected accordingly.

The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2019. Submission is that the petitioner was never put on T.I.Parade during investigation of the case which is already complete now nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession. On the basis of extracted confessional statement

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14314 of 2021(3) dt.19-07-2021 2/2 of co-accused, the petitioner was implicated in this case. Considering lack of sufficient material for further detention of the petitioner as undertrial prisoner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Phulwarisharif Police Station Case No.1049 of 2019 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
