2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"i. For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs for quashing the First Information Report i.e.. Gopalpur P.S Case No. 112/2018 dated 19.05.2018 offences under section 341.323.504.506. 385 34 of IPC and entire proceeding of the case.

ii. For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs 10 the respondent authorities directing respondents to institute a FIR against respondent

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.165 of 2025(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 No. 08 for lodging false prosecution against petitioner on false and concocted story."

The present application has been filed for quashing the FIR i.e., Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2018. Learned counsel for the State submits that the case has travelled beyond FIR and the discharge application of the petitioner has been rejected.

In these circumstances, this application is held to be not maintainable with regard to prayer no. 1. So far as the prayer no. 2 is concerned, that successive false cases are being filed against the petitioner by the informant, the petitioner is permitted to represent before the Superintendent of Police, Patna who will examine the representation of the petitioner and pass necessary direction in this regard to the Gopalpur P.S.
