Petitioner is said to be an order giver and it is admitted case of the informant that there was land dispute between the petitioner and the deceased. Petitioner is in jail custody since 19.10.2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Tisiauta P.S.case No. 72 of 2014.
