JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being mother of the husband of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A,313,323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture and getting the pregnancy of the informant terminated.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the pregnancy of the informant was terminated on medical advice and the petitioner claims to be separate from the husband of the informant. It is further submitted that co accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 40081 and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14760 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 40114 of 2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 58 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
