JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 23.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons surrounded the informant and this petitioner assaulted him with Garasa. The miscreants took away, Rs. 8000/-, golden chain and mobile from the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that injury report of the informant suggested that all injuries are caused by hard and blunt substance whereas the petitioner alleged to have

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16908 of 2015 (3) dt.22-06-2015 2/2 caused injury with sharp cutting weapon. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the investigation has already been concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge I, Hilsa, Nalanda in S. Tr. No. 655 of 2014 arising out of Nagarnausa P. S. case No 43 of 2014.
