JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2020 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video Conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID-19 Pandemic. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the State and the learned counsel for Accountant General.

The petitioner has prayed for directing the respondents particularly respondents no. 2 and 3 to grant the benefit of the revised pension to the petitioner herein by giving the benefit of notional pay fixation with protection of seniority as also for directing the respondents to pay the amount credited by virtue of his entitlement under various heads and after

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the respondent no. 1 for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner herein, as aforesaid. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 1 i.e. the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Patna by filing appropriate representation within a period of six weeks from today which shall be considered and disposed off by the respondent no. 1 by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks of filing of such representation by the petitioner herein.
