In the present case, the petitioner is claiming for payment of Rs.1,51,073/- for repairing of main hole/chatch-pit in Ward No. 26 as having been awarded the work order in terms of Tender No. 138/C/2012 which he has carried out properly but, some payment has been made and still there is due amount of Rs. 1,51,073/-. In view of the above, let the petitioner should file a representation to the Executive Engineer, Patna Municipal

Patna High Court CWJC No.2112 of 2017 dt.28-08-2017 Corporation, Buddha Marg, Patna who will examine the matter and make payment of the admitted dues to the petitioner. If the aforesaid Authority is not agreeable with the claim of the petitioner, he will give an opportunity of the hearing to the petitioner and will pass orders in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioner. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
