No. 16860 of 2018, titled as Tarannum & Anr. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., whereby the writ application has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the State states that the present appeal has become infructuous, for the reason that statutory action stands complied with.

Perhaps, it is for this reason, none has appeared for the appellants to press the present appeal.
