Petitioner is accused in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 235 of 2019 registered under Sections 376, 420 and 506 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of F.I.R., it appears that before marriage both, the informant (Major lady) and petitioner established sexual relationship according to their own desire. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 21.09.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2085 of 2020(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.- 14, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 235 of 2019.
