S. Case no.170 of 2014, on account thereof, there has been analogous hearing and are being disposed of by a common order.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17514 of 2015 (03) dt.25-06-2015 learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
On getting suspicious activities of both these two petitioners, police arrested, searched and nothing was recovered from physical possession of both the petitioners. However, during course of search, from the house of petitioner, Raspati Sah @ Kishore Kumar Ranjan, firearms along with cartridges were recovered and for that, both the petitioners happen to be under custody since 24.12.2014. Furthermore, from Paragraph-3 of both the petitions, it is apparent that both these two petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, petitioners, Raspati Sah @ Kishore Kumar Ranjan and Rakesh Kumar @ Ram Niwash Kumar @ Niwash Kumar each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Anil Kumar, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Nayaramnagar P. S. Case no.170 of 2014. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) Vikash/- U T
