JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner's earlier bail petition Cri. Misc. No. 1895 of 2014 was rejected by order dated 18.02.2014. This is the second attempt. There is direct allegation against the petitioner that he resorted firing upon the deceased.

Considering the allegation, this court does not find any merit in this bail application. The same is rejected.
