JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
From the First Information Report, it appears that there was some dispute over drainage of water between the petitioners' side and the informant. Petitioners and the informant are said to be the full brothers.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that out of some family dispute, an occurrence took place for which case and counter case have been instituted. There are injuries on both sides.

No.8279 of 2015 (3) dt.10-04-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the allegation of assault is not specific against the petitioners and the same is general and omnibus in nature. It has further been submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents. In view of the submissions as above, let petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B.M. Tripathi, J.M. Ist Class, Jehanabad in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 05 of 2015. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) ArunKumar/- U
