The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Daraunda P.S.Case no.219 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault by Farsa to the informant causing injury to him.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case. Petitioner has also received injuries and moreover the injury caused to the informant appears to be by hard and blunt substance though the opinion has been kept reserved.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.3776 of 2019(3) dt.08-03-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM VI, Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S.Case no.219 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
