The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Paharpur P.S. Case No. 348 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 149, 147, 148, 341, 323, 308, 324, 379, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is alleged to have given Dabia blow on the head of informant causing cut and bleeding injury, as a result of which he fell down on the ground.

It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the fact that there is specific allegation of assault against this petitioner and the injury sustained by the informant is grievous in nature, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail.
