ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is the husband in a case for the offence registered under Section 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is a case of suicide and not a case of dowry death. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case and also the fact that the body was found hanging in the residence of the petitioner, who is the husband, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly the bail application of the petitioner is rejected.
