====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner has filed this Civil Misc. petition against the order dated 16.08.2018 passed by learned Munsif, Sheikhpura in Eviction Suit No. 7 of 2016 by which the learned Munsif allowed the amendment of the defendant in written statement on payment of cost of Rs. 2,00/-.

The learned counsel for the petitioner assails the order on the ground that the defendant filed the amendment petition at the very belated stage that too without giving any explanation for proposing such amendment but I do not find any reason to interfere in the impugned order as the learned Munsif allowed the proposed amendment of the defendant in written statement finding the same to be of formal in nature. Accordingly, this Civil Misc. petition is dismissed as devoid of any merit. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U
