Victim Amina Khatoon aged about 14 years was enticed away by Rajeev Kumar Mukhiya having in assistance of Amod Kumar Mukhiya, Sheo Kumar Mukhiya.

Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. During course of investigation victim was traced, taken care of and then, her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. was recorded whereunder she had stated that after kidnapping her marriage was solemnized with Rajeev Kumar Mukhiya and petitioner along with others were actively involved therein. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 03.01.2015. Accordingly, petitioner Ravindra Mukhiya is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned First
