The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for directing the respondents not to disturb her and her family members in the name of compliance of the order dated 07.05.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Chapra in Session Trial No.862 of 2011.

The petitioner is mother of accused Asgar Ali, who is wanted in connection with Session Trial No.862 of 2011. Since he was evading to appear before the court, warrant of arrest, order of proclamation and order of attachment was passed against him by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II,
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.657 of 2017 dt.07-08-2019 2/2 Chapra in whose court the trial of the said Asgar Ali is pending. 4.
From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State, it would be evident that after receiving the process issued under Sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C., the same have already been complied and a report in this regard has been sent to the concerned court.

Keeping in mind the nature of relief sought for and the facts and circumstances of the case, I see no merit in this application.

It is dismissed, accordingly.
