The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.887 of 2014 (arising out of Paroo P.S. Case No.153 of 2013) registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 342, 341, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 27 of the Arms Act, 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has come in this case in the confessional statement of the co-accused, Rajeev Ranjan, who has already been granted
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7562 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 privilege of anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.11.2014 passed in Criminal Misc. No.40990 of 2014. It is further submitted that while the petitioner is accused in two other cases but in that cases the name of the petitioner was not figured in the F.I.R. of that cases. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 25.03.2014.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 10th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sessions Trial No.887 of 2014 (arising out of Paroo P.S. Case No.153 of 2013). Out of the two sureties, one must be either parents or close relative of the petitioner.
