Petitioner is in jail custody since 29.11.2015 in a case registered under sections 400, 413, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of petitioner appears to have come in this case on the basis of so called C.C.T.V footage but, admittedly, except one mobile set, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
