JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-05-2019 The learned Advocate General appearing for the contemners submits that the order of this Court stands complied with inasmuch as the petitioner has already been granted promotion vide Notification dated 15.05.2019 issued under the orders of the Governor, by the Deputy Secretary to the Government.

The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said position existing on fact, hence, this Court is of the

Patna High Court MJC No.3886 of 2018(6) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 opinion that there is no need to proceed further in the matter. Let the aforesaid Notification dated 15.05.2019 be placed on record.

The contempt petition stands disposed off, however with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies available to him under the law in case of any surviving grievances.
