JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 44 of 2014 registered under sections 447, 448, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that while the wife of the informant was cooking food the petitioner came there and resorted firing upon the lady. The wife of the informant got bullet injury and died. Petitioner is the sole assailant and there is direct allegation of killing the wife of the informant.

Considering the allegation against the petitioners, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The same is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) M.Rahman/- U T
