Patna High Court CWJC No.20448 of 2018(2) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for grant of salary to the petitioners herein with effect from 13.3.2015. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the order passed by the District Appellate Authority, Nalanda dated 25.2.2015, the salary of the petitioners is not being paid.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.5 to pay the admitted amount of salary as per directions of the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Nalanda within a period of six weeks from today.
