JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Paharpur P. S. Case No. 175 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 302/34 of IPC.

As per prosecution case, specific allegation against the other accused persons of assault, causing injury. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., later on his name transpires on the confessional statement of the co-accused.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confession there is absolutely nothing against him. There is no overt act as alleged against him. He has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,
