Petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.12.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

The prosecution case is that from the motorcycle being driving by the petitioner 2.5 K.g ganja was recovered. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was not aware about the ganja kept in the motorcycle. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8571 of 2016 (3) dt.29-03-2016 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 281 of 2015, arising out of Special Case No. 05 of 2015.
