Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30778 of 2021. Vide order dated 01.02.2023, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that case is running for framing of charge.

Considering the nature of accusation and stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within one year.
