2. The present writ application has been filed for directing the concerned respondents to forthwith release and disburse the entire arrears of salary payable to the petitioner for the periods from April 2000 to February 2012, within a stipulated time frame.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a detailed representation has been filed by the petitioner, which is

4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the T.M. Bhagalpur University submits that this matter may be directed to be adjudicated by the authorities of the T.M. Bhagalpur University by fixing a timeline.

5. Considering the submissions of the parties, this Court finds it appropriate to direct the petitioner to file a fresh, detailed representation, referring to the earlier representation filed, along with all supporting documents, including a copy of this order, for redressal of his grievances, within a period of four weeks from today. Upon the filing of such representation, the Registrar, T.M. Bhagalpur University/Respondent No. 4, shall adjudicate the grievance of the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks thereafter, and the admissible salary benefits shall also be extended in favor of the petitioner within the same period.

6. Accordingly, the instant writ application stands disposed of.
