2. The present application has been filed for the following relief(s):
(i) for setting aside the order dated 18/08/2016 passed by the Hon'ble Chairman, The Bihar Land Tribunal Patna allowing B.L.T. Case No. 480/2015 preferred by the Respondent 8,9 against the order
Patna High Court CWJC No.5847 of 2017(5) dt.28-04-2025 2/3 dated 19/03/15 the Additional Member Board of Revenue, Bihar, Patna in Land Ceilling Revision Case No.133/2006 file by the petitioner against the order dated 06/06/06 passed by the Learned Additional Collector Aurangabad in Ceiling Appeal No.
178/05 filed by the petitioner confirming the order dated - 12/11/05 by the D.C.L.R.
Aurangabad, in Ceiling Case No. 4/05 filed by the petitioner.
(ii) for setting aside the order dated 06/06/06 by the Additional Collector, Aurangabad in Ceiling Appeal No. 178/05 confirming the order dated 12/11/05 by the D.C.L.R. Aurangabad in Ceiling case No.
4/05 dismissing the petition U/s 16(3) of the Bihar Land Ceiling Act.
(iii) for confirmation of the order dated 19/03/15 passed by the Member, the Board of Revenue Bihar, Patna in Ceiling Revision no. 133/06.
(iv) for direction upon to respondent nos. 8 and 9 to maintain status quo regarding disputed land as well as not to change the physical feature of the land in question nor to alieneate the same.
3. Adjournments were made earlier as the petitioner is no more and the substitution petition was to be filed.
4. Mr. Amarnath Jha submits that as they have not yet
Patna High Court CWJC No.5847 of 2017(5) dt.28-04-2025 3/3 approached him, liberty be granted to them to approach before the Court afresh, if they so want.
