The petitioner is said to have tried to outrage the modesty of informant, who claims herself to be a minor girl, but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that much prior to institution of the present case, the petitioner lodged Bettiah Town (Kalibag) P.S. case No. 535 of 2015 as well as Bettiah Town (Kalibag O.P.) P.S. case No. 782 of 2015 against the informant and her family members and in the background of institution of the aforesaid cases the prosecution story, as propounded by the informant, appears to be unbelievable.

Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8705 of 2016 (2) dt.29-02-2016 2/2 parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town (Kalibag O.P.) P.S. case No. 785 of 2015 (SGR No. 89 of 2015).
