The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Laukariya P.S. Case No.28 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he instigated the sister of the informant to commit suicide. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. It is further submitted that deceased was married to Sanjay Kohar and his husband has some suspicion regarding infidelity of his wife and her relationship outside the marriage with the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2722 of 2025(2) dt.07-02-2025 2/2 husband of the deceased has already been granted bail by this Court. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. 5.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as considering the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected. 7.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
