Petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2014 registered under sections 147, 149, 323, 307, 302, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. In the first information report it has been alleged that the deceased Rahul Kumar and accused persons have attended one marriage ceremony where some quarrel picked up with Krishan Kumar Singh on the question of breakfast. Thereafter Krishna Kumar Singh along with these accused persons raided the house of the informant and Krishna Singh started hurling abuses to the informant and other family members. Later on these petitioners instigated Krishna Kumar Singh and Krishna Kumar
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4100 of 2015 (3) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 Singh gave blow on the head of Rahul Kumar and his mother due to which Rahul Kumar succumbed to the injury. From the case diary it appears that no specific allegation has been made against the petitioners, save and except that they have instigated Krishna Kumar Singh to assault Rahul Kumar.
Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner are directed to be to enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in Amnaur P.S.
