2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s) as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

4. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
