It appears from perusal of record that except confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner and having more or less similar allegation several coaccused persons have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Khudawan P.S. Case no. 34/2013. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
