The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore M.A.No.742/2011, which stood dismissed due to noncompliance of peremptory order dated 28.08.2014. By the said order, peremptory time was granted for depositing deficit court fee. It has been indicated in paragraph-4 of the present petition that deficit court fee was already deposited, but it was deposited belatedly due to mistake. The reason has been explained in the petition regarding non-compliance of peremptory order. In view of facts and circumstances, restoration petition is allowed.
Let M.A.No.742 of 2011 be restored to its original file.
