2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 326, 307, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4/5 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908, registered in connection with Tatarpur P.S.Case No. 45 of 2022.

3. Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.03.2023 in Cr.Misc.No. 72367 of 2022.

4. Mr. N.K.Agrawal, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner, while making prayer for bail, has submitted that the petitioner has remained behind bars for more than three years and four months and the trial has not been concluded till

5. From the report of the court below, it appears that 15 prosecution witnesses, including the Doctor and the I.O. have been examined.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months, failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
