ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in S.T. No.209 of 2015 arising out of Bhairavsthan P.S. cacse No.35 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge VI, Madhubani.

Considering the report of the APP that four witnesses including the Informant has been examined, after which one accused absconded evidently for the purpose of somehow delaying the trial, I see no reason for reviewing the earlier order refusing bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail is once again rejected.
