JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2019 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to efflux of time the prayer made in the instant application for quashing of FIR of Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.45 of 2016 has become infructuous as on completion of investigation the police have already submitted charge-sheet and cognizance has been taken by the jurisdictional Magistrate. In view of the submissions made above, the application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order taking cognizance of the offence by way of filing an application in accordance with law.
