JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 10.04.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. The contention on behalf of the petitioners is that only one witness, namely, Mahesh Kumar claimed himself to be eye-witness of alleged occurrence but taking note of statement of the above stated Mahesh Kumar, a coordinate bench of this court has already granted privilege of bail to co-accused Ramsarup Manjhi vide order dated 9.4.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. no.47119/2012.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14877 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 Rs 10,000/-each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya/concerned court in Amas P.S. Case no. 126/2011.
