2. At this stage, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that if the withdrawal is being permitted, the learned trial court may be directed to expedite the proceeding of Title Partition Suit No. 135 of 2011 and dispose of the same within stipulated period.

3. In the light of prayer made on behalf of the petitioners, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. However, the learned trial court is directed to take up the matter for expeditious disposal and try to dispose of the same preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
