Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)(d)of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent under Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Hence, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Atri P.S.Case No.381 of 2020 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14466 of 2021(2) dt.22-11-2021 2/2 Accordingly, prayer is refused.

Petitioner shall surrender and pray for regular bail within two weeks.
