Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghopur (Rustampur O.P.) P.S. Case No.286/2022, dated 21.09.2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 272, 273/34 of the IPC and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Court of Prohibition and Excise II-cumAdditional District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
