====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-05-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner, informant and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner caused fire arms injury on the chest of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Doctor has found injury, allegedly caused the petitioner, to be simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is specific allegation that
