The petitioner is named in the first information report but, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused, Ashok Mandal has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail whereas coaccused, Bikash Mandal has been granted privilege of regular bail by coordinate benches of this court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S. K. Gupta, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Ismilepur P.S. case No.32 of 2014.
