The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S.case No.460 of 2019 dated 7.11.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner drawing my attention towards Annexure-2 has submitted that in the statement of the girl she has not named the petitioner rather taken the name of other co-accused. He is in custody since 27.11.2019 and ready to co-operate in the investigation. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.4807 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S.case No.460 of 2019 with further condition to co-operate in the investigation. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
