Taking into account the allegation on its face whereunder petitioner has been alleged for realization of amount by issuing fake receipt claiming himself to be an auction holder, inconsonance with the period of detention since 17.03.2015, petitioner, Ashok Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand PS Case No. 68 of 2014.
