The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondents to appoint him in Bhagalpur Collectoriate pursuant to the advertisement published on 02.12.2001 as also in terms of the advertisement published in the month of December 2016. The aforesaid prayer has been made on the strength of different orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in this regard (one of such order is kept at Annexure- 11 to the writ petition).

Patna High Court CWJC No.2310 of 2019 dt.15-02-2019 2/2 Without going into the merit of the case, this Court directs that the petitioner may file a representation before the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur (Respondent No. 4) for consideration of his claim within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. With the aforesaid observation / direction, this writ petition stands disposed off.
